This review: Gateway Desktop (Black) (Personal Computers) Computer Bought on a Friday DX4320-09, on Tuesday I have a computer. Gateway Desktop section is GREAT! On Wednesday tried to boot the computer. Nothing! A computer error was reported to boot. Driven software that came with your computer keyboard and mouse, no OS = no mouse and keyboard. Fortunately, there are other computers. After a few attempts, the computer still did not get to boot. The same day, called Gateway customer support. Was a country outside the United States. Gateway Desktop did not cause a problem. They (the computer did not come with!) Said Gateway Desktop would be to send me the System Restore disks. Customer support said would take 3-5 days to get the discs. It's a Wednesday, and Friday, was just a vacation. I am actually 8 days and received within 5 business days of the weekend because of the holiday. On Thursday night drives (night) won. Gateway Desktop does not work! Again, the so-called customer service and computer hardware will fix the problem has not been possible to start the ship to a repair shop in Texas tell me that. I just wanted to get a new computer sent to me and said they could not. Maybe one day next month, the computer will take about two weeks ago ordered. Then, perhaps a better rate will be the computer.
