Confirming the false marketing here. Basically disregard the statement above - ""Additionally, you can watch & record live tv with the hybrid TV Tuner & do Gateway Desktop all from your couch with included Media Middle remote control.""

Excellent process for the money. Fast. Not loaded with much bloatware. sleek, compact & calm. Only negative is the keyboard which has the cheap ""chicklet"" style keys which Apple is now using as well. I love the traditional keyboard feel better. It also has traditional ps/2 style mouse & keyboard connectors on Gateway Desktop as well.

The computer arrived dead on arrival -- while Gateway Desktop did power up, the computer could not start.

They returned Gateway Desktop to Amazon. Apparently they had the same issue as they received a full refund within days.
